movie covers

hi guys,
im trying to save movie catalog to a dune connected in the network.
it scanned all the movies, found the covers.
after i choose to create movie catalog for dune and click the save covers in the folders of the movies it looks like it is doing it but after i check it there is no covers in the folders only the dune_folder file. no JPG or PNG.
anyone got an idea?

I've recently added several movies to my collection and none of the Movie Covers are transferred, or saved, in my files. They were in the past, but, not any longer. I'd love to find a resolution to this issue.
